How to use HTML entities as an unordered list style

So you want to use an HTML entity in place of traditional bullets in your unordered lists? No problem. Here’s how.
This tutorial’s ridiculously simple to execute, so let’s just jump right to the results:
To use your desired HTML entity:
- Grab the CSS in the above pen and paste it into your style sheet.
- Copy your desired character from this HTML entity chart.
- Convert it using this tool and copy the resulting CSS value.
- Replace the value with the one in the li:before pseudo-selector.
